Privatization deadline extended for one month, during that time claims suited

April 23, 2005 in response to collective applications for privatization the Hakim assistant  Mendikulov extended the deadline for one more month. Before the expiry of this period he filed various suits against the cottage owners for not having privatized their cottages and illegal construction of the cottages. All the cottages were constructed before SKC members purchased their lots in 1999. There is no time limitation for privatization for properties. There is no one official document which explains why the privatization of the summer cottages was stopped.
